Our goal is to ensure the fastest path to diagnosis through an individual approach to the examination process. In the process of planning and carrying out treatment, which is comprehensive and according to the most modern principles of good practice, the needs of the patient and the entire family are extremely important to us.

Services we provide:

Abdominal ultrasound

Abdominal ultrasound is a non-invasive radiological method that is used to see the organs in the belly (abdomen). It is used to diagnose many health problems and is carried out within the radiology department.

Esophagogastroduodenoscopy is a procedure without which modern pediatric gastroenterology cannot be imagined. This method enables the visualization of the lining of the esophagus, stomach and duodenum. Depending on the findings, we will also decide on a biopsy for histopathological analysis of the mucosa. In addition to its invaluable role in diagnostics, this method is also therapeutic in some conditions, such as dilatation of esophageal stenosis, extraction of foreign bodies, hemostasis.

Colonoscopy is an endoscopic procedure performed to visualize the lining of the large intestine (colon) and the final part of the small intestine (terminal ileum). This method is one of the pillars in the diagnostic process in modern pediatric gastroenterology.

Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG)

Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is an endoscopic procedure in which a PEG tube is placed through the abdominal wall. The goal of PEG placement is to ensure enteral intake, when intake of food and liquids by mouth is not possible, that is, insufficient.

Percutaneous liver biopsy

A percutaneous liver biopsy is a procedure that takes a sample of liver tissue for histopathology. It is an invasive procedure, but very often necessary for diagnosing hepatological problems and assessing the severity of liver disease.
