Innovation Conference – “SPLET Tech” was held on October 12 in Belgrade On this occasion, visitors could hear development ideas from the most promising technological fields and Dr Džihan Abazović was one of the lecturers at this prestigious event. He gave a lecture on “Growth and Technology in Medicine”, in which he spoke about cell and gene therapies currently used in clinical practice, their development and plans for the future, and the path to personalized medicine. Through his presentation, Dr Abazović also presented the problems in regulations and laws that exist today and that we encounter, which slow down the development and application of new therapies. As part of the lecture, those interested could also hear what therapies are used at BioCell Hospital, as well as plans for developing new ones.
