RFZO (Republic Health Insurance Fund) enables:

In vitro fertilization for the first child – an unlimited number of stimulated BMPO and cryoembryo transfer procedures for couples (marital and common-law unions) where the woman is up to 45 years old at the time of confirmation;

In vitro fertilization for the second child – two stimulated BMPO procedures and three cryoembryo transfers for couples in women up to 45 years of age at the time of obtaining the Certificate, regardless of whether the first child was obtained by in vitro fertilization or naturally;

If a man has a diagnosis of azoospermia, then those couples can apply if those couples also have the right to apply through the Fund with a Confirmation that there is adequate frozen material that can be used for fertilization.

Donation of reproductive cells – three stimulated BMPO procedures with donated spermatozoa, three BMPO procedures with donated egg cells, as well as three cryoembryotransfers with donated spermatozoa or egg cells in a woman up to the age of 45, if one of the partners (marital or common-law) does not have a child;

Sperm donation for women without a partner and without children – three stimulated BMPO procedures with donated spermatozoa and three cryoembryotransfers with donated spermatozoa in women up to 45 years of age.
